No. The GH drums are 100 times better. They drums just look good. Yeah, they'd be 100 times better, if they didn't have so many bugs. My friend's red drum just completely died after like, 3 hours out of the box. (Yes, it was a Birthday party. We all played GHWT.) And he had to send back the drum. At least none of the RB drums died.

My brother (mini-whitty... ughhh) can play something if we get the whole set. He plays guitar on expert like me. But he can't keep a steady beat for ♥♥♥♥.
Now it looks like we'll just get the game + guitar or two. Do the GH3 guitars work with it?

Although it's a pain in the ass trying to use the star power; you have to hit select or hold the guitar in the air for like a minute or some ♥♥♥♥. Also I'm willing to play lead or bass/rhythm, 'til I get a mic.

Re: Rock Band 2 & Guitar Hero: World Tour
I find it pretty easy to press select for star power. And I want to try drums again. I tried once in RB but failed miserably on easy. I have more than enough money to get the whole thing... But apparently I'm not allowed to spend any of it.

If something possesses me to get a drum set, I can do drums on medium while singing on hard/expert, depending on the song. I'm not singing something that hopped the border.

Hahahaha like B.Y.O.B..... That will be a pain to sing. I just check and you need a Wii controller thing for every instrument.... So I decided I'm only getting the guitar pack. Yay me!

Not for the mic. Any USB mic will work. Get on AIM. I added you I'm fullmetal177 add me we can discuss this there rather than clutter the ♥♥♥♥ out of a discussion topic.

Dammit.
I'm starting to get better at expert. Most of the songs I can't beat, but I FCed Float On the second time I played it.

All videogames involving guitar shaped controllers are the work of the Devil. They, along with capos, are conspiring to end the world. They will turn us all into packs of mindless imbeciles, giggling foolishly at what we view as skill as the howling darkness erodes the world. For serious. Actually, I've never played GH or RB. I really should.

Re: Rock Band 2 & Guitar Hero: World Tour
If the PS2 version had internet, I would. I can beat any song on expert except Jordan and am going to get the drum set in a week.
Dang delays. The drum set was the most exciting thing, because it's something I can be good at (not singing) that I haven't really done before (not guitar).

No. The GH drums are 100 times better. I have to disagree with you, good sir. The foot pedal sucks on GH.

No. The GH drums are 100 times better. I have to disagree with you, good sir. The foot pedal sucks on GH. It has 5 instead of 4, and it doesn't break nearly as much as the RB2 one.
