My friend has a nice 19 or 20" (can't remember which) monitor that is silver widescreen with 1680x1050 resolution...I don't know exactly what one it is off the top of my head, but it's over $300. If you're interested I can find out more.

Re: dual moniters
You want the same resolution as that one? Why not just buy the same one again, even if it is a little more than your price range. Edit: Alright! Found one, same resolution, except it says "While supplies last!" http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/searchtools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=4006659&Sku=M975-1901&SRCCODE=GOOGLEBASE&cm_mmc_o=TBBTkwCjCVyBpAgf%20mwzygtCjCVRqCjCVRq^^LONG URL^^

Re: dual moniters
I was thinking about it. That's probably what I'll do.

I think it's a fine resolution, it's not like it has any significant impact besides FPS on games. And don't say some games won't support it. http://widescreengamer.com/

Re: dual moniters
If you knew math or English you'd see I was talking about non-widescreen monitors. P.S. 1024 x 768 568,768 32.01 % From steam's hardware survey. I still remember 1280x1024 being the average from somewhere.

Monitors have a maximum resolution that they can display. Non-widescreen monitors are usually 1280x1024 at maximum. If you're going for a 19 inch WIDESCREEN monitor, then you need to be looking for monitors with a max resolution of 1680x1050. Anything under that is either a shit brand, shit quality, or shitty. I recommend acer or sceptre. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.a ... 6824009127$159 This is the widescreen shown in my picture. And always check newegg's daily deals. They have a 229 dollar monitor on there for 170. 22 inches. Sceptre. They often have monitors there.

Re: dual moniters
Clearly you don't realize the advantages of having a smaller resolution.
