The series isn't over. Hideo was leading us to belive there will be another prequel to the saga. This is unlike the halo franchise for 360.
Also if you're a nintendo fanboy, I don't really think mario is anything to be proud of...

Secretly I just want to troll as I've never actually played MGS4 (I have MGS2 which is meh and MGS3 which is good) but I don't really think it's fair for someone to post a very neggitive comment in a thread that is speciallizing towards people who've enjoyed the series.
Plus, it would be hippocritical of me to say Halo is ♥♥♥♥ and MGS is THE ♥♥♥♥ because I own a 360 and not a PS3. The truth is, I actually don't like Halo like many others who were dissapointed with it and I despise most nintendo branded games because A) Minigames and/or onetime gameplay sucks and B) Mario is just about the most overused and most unawesome character ever AND his worshippers usally make me cringe (despite the fact that I have my DS with 2 of his boring games sitting right above me.)

TL;DR: Fanboys suck and I'm just trying to undermine you darn kids.

Have we forgotten about prequels, sequels with different characters, the fact that Snake is one of many clones meaning somebody exactly like him is probably waiting to be revealed?
Perhaps the fact that there's always some magical cure to save the main character of a franchise as popular as this?

I'm still hoping in the next MGS you play as Raiden for the whole thing. I liked Raiden, he kicked ass...

In answer to the topic I have beaten MGS4 on The Boss Extreme and have gotten the Big Boss emblem. I currently am working on the Assassin emblem. MGO kicks ass too.

If you obtain the assassin emblem, you unlock the Altiar costume.
Which has terrorible Camo index.
And Lulz you can carry playboy mags in your inventory.

The Altiar costume has the highest average camo index of all the uniforms. Plus it looks cool.\

Indeed my friend I am not. Running around naked in a ♥♥♥♥ base is just so much fun, Raiden is honestly my favorite (and one of the only likable) characters from the MGS series.
