Now I may be wrong but officially there isn't a version of the game to purchase; they haven't come out with it yet, so it doesn't cost money. Therefore the simple number change is the ONLY way to play the entire game, which makes it legal(?). Like I said I may be wrong. The people who make the game are still making builds for it (like DR was a year ago), so it's in the early stages of its production.
