If you have a high fragmentation rate, things loading from the hard drive will load slow.
Between 15-20% fragmented is low priority fragmentation, 20-40% is a good idea, anything over that is bad and should be defragged. Im at about 50% fragmented... Im going to do some sort of benchmark, any good recommendations?
