Re: Fallout 3
Perhaps because fallout 3 is a ps3 and 360 game?
It's not just that. All new games are at least $50. Regardless of console.

Re: Fallout 3
Did Bethesda released a patch that fix'd *most* crashes and bugs? If my parents do buy me F3, i dont wanna spend the rest of my Christmas holidays with the game constantly crashing. What i am most afraid is that my Geforce 8600 GT is "unstable", in every single game i play (even DOS games!) it runs smooth for a short time, then it lags, smooth, lags, smooth, lags...

Re: Fallout 3
Fallout 3 and Assassins Creed.
Which one requires a better graphics card? Because i've always wanted F3 and AC, but if one requires less RAM and GHz, ill get that one.

Re: Fallout 3
Fallout 3 will run easier, it's not a port.
Assassin's Creed, being a port, will require considerably higher specs.
Oh, and Fallout 3 will last longer.

Also, I was a bit disappointed with Fo3, I would have much rather Interplay finish Van Buren than that damn console thing. The Bethesda team did good, but I miss the isometric view, and the child killing and the sex, and porn studio... I would really have just wanted Fallout 1 and 2 on the engine that Fallout Bos: Tactics used... So, Fallout 3 feels like fallout, but kinda wrong, but I did enjoy it all the way through and around. Although the level cap REALLY annoyed me.

Re: Fallout 3
They could up the level to thirty if they made it so you still only get 20 perks...

They should not have ♥♥♥♥ with the level and stat system. The game would have been more challenging, and more rewarding once you get to 50. Getting to level 20? I was there in two days, and I did it before GNR and Rivet City...

Re: Fallout 3
Hope i get it before 25th December. That'll be the only game ill play for a really, long, long time. It looks so epic, apart some bugs and stuff Bethesda SHOULDN'T HAVE MESSED UP WITH!?
FoT, i remember the days of crushing Super Mutants with tank... Good times!
EDIT: I have a NVIDIA Geforce 8600 GT, 3,40 GHz and 2,00 GB RAM. Does that meet the minimum or recommended requirements to play F3?

But I think yours should do fine. Mine is a laptop with the intel video chipset, a 1.80Ghz and 2 GB Ram, I am fairly sure due to my processor and card I could not run it. : (
