Have your partner set up his MG in the window, while the rest of you find cover, radio for reinforcements, and find cover so you can hold out until they arrive.

Take cover next to the 'door' with your Commander, protect teh medical station! They're the only ones with band-aids!

EDIT: We also need some sort of flashback explaining who and what our side is in this war.

I suggest getting the guy with the MG somewhere, and get anyone capable of fighting still
to get a weapon and get in defensive positions.

Get ready to defend the hospital, use the Halo 3 tactic with your shotgun. (AKA Hide around the corner of the door, wait for Nazis to enter, then blast 'em)

Find a corpse (surely someone must have died in here) and prop it up by a window or hole as a distraction.
Then sneak around the back and pwn some noobs.
Or however you say that in military terms.
It's probably called "flanking".

Ask about creatures... you need to know your enemy to see what you gonna do if you find some of those...

I have a question, how long does this take to draw, and what do you use to draw this? (Program, mouse, tablet?)

My guess would be a tablet, and either Macromedia Flash or Fireworks, but that's just a hunch.

How could anyone do that with a mouse?
