   |   Re: Dwarf FortressI suggested this ages ago.And reveal is for losers >:0

 I'm in.
Expect ludicrous architecture if I'm anywhere near the begining.
I have a habit of tacking rooms on randomly, or else building workshops in the middle of a huge hollowed out cavern that also doubles as my mine.

   |   Re: Dwarf FortressPost order due to me loving the initial build phase Also we should use reveal to choose the site, just to add interestingness.

   |   Re: Dwarf FortressNo reveal. If we ♥♥♥♥ up I want to watch us try and migrate our dwarves from one side of the map to the other just to get closer to the useful ores.

   |   Re: Dwarf FortressI'm talking about the map selection tool. I hate reveal. Dwarf Prospector or something. Reveals magma underground streams etc.

   |   Re: Dwarf FortressOh, I really want us to get the luck of the draw, you can guarantee magma by choosing an area with a decent amount of obsidian can't you?

I would join, but my ability to manage an army is terrible. I can go to IRC and get the play-by-play still, right? Edit: I vote you draw straws to see who goes when.

   |   Re: Dwarf FortressI have never managed an army, and I am going to be playing.
Hell, I've never seen a goblin so far...

EDIT: Get in #df I want to start this thing today.

EDIT 2: I need to work this so that I am not playing two turns at once (I started a DF thread on another forum and there's a succession being organized there too, they have a small 64x64 map generated for us to look around on until we chose starting.) otherwise it maybe get confusing.
