Re: Favorite band, or anyone who makes music that you like!
Man, I listen to Bloc Party and i think, "these guys sound so good an they're really rad" and I try to tell myself that I love. But for some reason I don't. In theory I should love them, but whenever I think about listening to them, I'm like "meh."

Depends, I don't listen to much of that genre so they are my outlet if you know what I mean.

I've been expanding my music library as late and I felt that I needed to make a new list.

Right now, I really enjoy the band Matt & Kim. They're sort of an synth-punk band, their music only consisting of drums, a synthesizer, and a whole lot of happiness. It's almost sure to put a grin on your face.

NeroZero, they're cool. I like their music. There is a band called Battles which is similar, but more beat focused and progressive. They're good.
Edit: Everyone should go listen to some of Avey Tares solo work. Now.

Cadwaller wrote: who doesn't like Pink Floyd. Not me, fo sho. However, born in '92, I've missed most of their work. Seen The Wall, and heard song off most albums. Listening to Atom Heart Mother at the minute. So my response to the thread title is "Pink Floyd".

Re: Music dump
Renamed because I wanted to. Also because this is basically what it should've been a long time ago.

Re: Music Dump
The 1st song is great, though the last part of the intro (with the drums) sounded really sloppy :S

Re: Music Dump
We recorded it one at a time in the space of about 20 minutes - very sloppy recording.
