Re: Fallout 3
Charge of the Robot Brigade 'Forward, the Robot Brigade!' Was there a robot dismay'd? Not tho' the soldiers knew Some one had blunder'd: Theirs not to make reply, Theirs not to reason why, Theirs but to do and die: Into the valley of Arefu Rode the protectrons. http://i37.tinypic.com/2v83in7.png That old guy accidentally blew himself up with his own landmine and for some reason this made the entire town hostile. So they got to eat hot laser.

Just got a PS3, and decided to buy this. So far it's wicked fun, I love using melee weapons in VATS. Slow-mo baseball bat beatings need to be in more games

Re: Fallout 3
ok, so my first time i met the enclave (besides the quest mission) was in the DC ruins. I was in the upper part of the roam, beneath me was a plaza with about 4 cars, two trucks anda bus. The Enclave heli released the cargo. There were 3 encklave. I though "Fat Man will rape them" well, the next thing i see super mutants came to attack. I watched with enthusiasm as the muties attack the foul enclave. 5 seconds later i though "♥♥♥♥ this" and launched a nuke right down their sorry asses. Moment later ther was a huge, i mean SUPER HUGE explosion consised of: 4 cars, 2 trucks, one bus and a Mini Nuke explosion. When the dust lowered i went down to see the bodies and loot em. 5 super mutands were laying kinda close. The 3 Enclave soldiers were no where to be found. The search took me 6 minutes to locate the 3 soldiers. One was lying under a ruined car 5 meters from the boom. Next one 10 meters without a leg and an arm. The last one, was 50 meters from the explosion without limbs.... That made so happy i couldnt stop laughing for 5 minutes

Yeah, it's a shame he won't get the giddy feeling of starting up a game with tons of fun new content only to have it crash every 15 minutes. Yeah, the PC version is so incredibly wonderful.

Re: Fallout 3
I have yet to crash.
You guys probably have NVIDIA cards, and NVIDIA drivers seem to be a no-no on the Oblivion engine most of the time, and crash about a thousand times more than ATI cards.

I had saves and autosaves so no damage done. I did have to keep loading them until it didn't crash. Seemed hit or miss. :-\

Re: Fallout 3
The only problem I encountered was on my first trek to Rivet City: When I tried to get on the bridge, I fell through it.
A simple restart of Fallout 3 fixed it, though.

Re: Fallout 3
Before the patch, Fallout would freeze occasionally, and I'd have to kill the process. I don't think it ever completely crashed though..probably just my shitty tower fans not cooling anything, or bugs which are now fixed.
