Re: The Lounge Aw that sucks Shook. I've had food poisoning before and while here's where I'd normally give advice I don't think there's anything that makes food poisoning less shitty.

Re: The Lounge @Contrary: That's what the doctor told us too. Only real thing to do is to wait it out, even though i basically cried for sedatives so i could sleep through it. And when i say "cried" i mean it literally, it was so bad that i, a 20 year old male (complete with the whole "AM NOT CRY" mindset), sat on the toilet for a whole hour while crying. I didn't think it was possible to be that pathetic, but here we are. >.>
@Natti: I pray to every relevant god and natural phenomenon that you won't ever be, because it SUCKS. Or blows. Blows might be a better word, given the nature of the suffering. Ever had to puke so much that there's nothing left to puke out? It's like that for 5 hours, topped off with uhm... Watery droppings.
At the very least i'm starting to feel almost well now, barring the dehydration and hunger.

Re: The Lounge Stomach flu and food poisoning are the only two illnesses that can stop my everyday activites. Regular flu, severed thumb, strep throat, no problem, grin and bear it. Throwing up and shitting my stomach contents out continuously? Can't move from the toilet.
