Huh.
Maybe you should go to a doctor.
That doesn't sound healthy.

It's alright if you're careful enough... but you have to be ridiculously careful with raw meat. One of the main advantages of cooking is food poisoning is very rare. Raw meat won't neccessarily give you food poisoning but will heighten the risk of it.

No no no no no no no no no NO.
The doctor you are seeing is mentally retarded. Cooking meat DOES NOT remove iron from it.
You should at least sear the outside of your steak. Pork can contain all sorts of nasty worms and bacteria, but so can steak. Always cook your meat unless you are 100% certain of it's being healthy. Really, the only meat you should eat raw is sushi-grade fish.
And iron is in spinach and other dark greens as well. Whole grains, nuts, and dried fruits are also good sources of iron, or so Canada's socialized health system tells me.

Poor knights/french toast hybrid.
It's ♥♥♥♥ epic.

You take 4 pieces of toast, 2 eggs, a bit of milk, a piece of butter and some cinnamon sugar

You whisk the eggs and milk together into some sort of egg mass. Then you heat the butter up on a pan on some medium-low temperature setting (4 out of 10 for example). Then you briefly submerge the toast in the egg mass and throw them on the pan. You then put a bit of cinnamon sugar on the side that's pointing upwards. Flip them over once they are golden brown and then put a bit of cinnamon sugar on that side too. Once it's golden brown on the other side too it's ready for eating

Edit: a bit of online translation fun

Bad toast sorbet.
It is a good story.

With 4 pieces of toast (2), eggs, milk and some butter, sugar and cinnamon

Remove the eggs, milk and egg mass. If Mr. oil Wednesday at low temperatures and identity (4, 10, for example). Ghamri toast quickly, and weapons of mass destruction, and the attributes that are of interest. I was a child, with cinnamon and sugar, as a reference point. Time and gold, cinnamon and sugar, and on the ground. If the port at the border, ready

So, I baked some bread over the weekend. It was fun. I'll get my recipe tomorrow. Anyone have any good soup recipes that aren't ramen and are kosher?
