From my experience, it's essentially another Koreanized game: Fun for a couple hours, then you realize you're not actually accomplishing anything and there are people who spend their whole lives on there who are always going to be better than you.
If you need a PC racing game, Need For Speed is what you err... need.

The only time I can recommend Project Torque is if you're a HUGE racing game fan and there's ABSOLUTELY no other racing games out. Although there are quite a few other freeware racing games out, that should be able to tide people over between Need For Speeds.
Oh, and Burnout Paradise PC comes out this month. n.n

Exteel is a terrible Gunz clone.
For a good Gunz copy, S4 League.
Diablo 2 and NFS aren't MMOs.

It's cheating.
