Re: The New Xbox Experience.
I would have put a monocle on mine (which is the closest I could get to myself) but then Tim would get mad and he'd hit me.

Re: The New Xbox Experience.
I called customer support about this error I've never seen or heard of before (it shows a window saying "Fatal Error" at the top and I'm given the option to "Abort"), and it turns out Microsoft has never heard of it either, so I'm gonna have to send my 'box in for repair. Any idea how much it'll cost?

Re: The New Xbox Experience.
From what I've read, those who possess an Elite get the RRoD. I'm guessing those who have older premium/arcade get the disk reading problem, and those with new/relatively new get zero problems. I've also read about a conspiracy involving a purposefully broken update released a few days after the extended warranty ended so M$ could get more money. If this is true, they might be doing a good job getting money from losers who spent $100 on an unnecessary repair.

Or you know, they could be spending that $100 on the personal shipping, parts, and work. I doubt they "make" very much money off broken Xboxes. Especially since it's bad PR.

@Tim Of course a good deal of it goes to that, but some I'm sure is profit. If enough people are paying for it, then it adds up.
@Mombasa Lawl aren't you funny?

@Tim I think they lost a couple billion on replacing ringed 360s.

Re: The New Xbox Experience.
I seriously doubt they lost that much on RRoD replacing. Anyways, it turns out my HDD is messed up. Anyone know why my flash drive won't get detected by my 360?

Re: The New Xbox Experience.
Bad USB port on the 360? If it uses that U3 thing, that might be it...
Other than that I can't really think of anything.
