Like it or not, there's going to be more members with less then perfect mods. A bit of patience (and constructive criticism!) goes a long way in helping newcomers. At the same time, people like deth realize everyone's a critic, and if your mod sucks then expect sucky feedback Still listen for the good advice when it comes around
