Post subject:  *SUPER MEGA HALF-AN-UPDATE* Herb's Mod's

Update V1.4 new sounds for Rotary Carbine and MG, MG is a bit better now, revolvinator improved as well, LongVolver added.

MG: A medium machine gun with good firepower and quite a big spray

Rotary Carbine: A tribarreled scout rifle with high accuracy, a good RoF and low damge

Focus Laser: A sniper weapon with amazing penetration and incredible firepower

Scatter Laser: A shotgun style laser weapon, it has high spread even for a shotgun but makes up for it with rate of fire and good damage

Revolvinator: A Powerful scoped revolver, I'll prob'ly make an offhand version in the future

LongVolver a more accurate version of the Revolvinator with a better scope to boot

Give me good critique and suggestions please.

Rather than posting your mod on a third party site—and a terrible eye-sore one at that—you should probably just use this board's built in attach feature. It is just below where you would hit submit.

You probably do not actually want a picture of the palette in your module icon.
Sprites are good, offsets are good, guns not over powered, though the Focus Laser might penetrate a bit far.
Pretty good start so far.

First of all, Very nice sprites! They look fantastic.

The good

Sprites are beautiful
It's well balanced
It's not just a resprite.

The bad

No custom sounds? Come on, you know how good they could sound.
The revolver acts the same as the vanilla revolver
The scatter laser appears in two weapon categories.

Summery:

Nice looking, well balanced guns that seem very similar to vanilla guns, the in game presentation is not too good, but that can be improved.

I will fix the pallete thing I uploaded the wrong file, I will expand on this and fix as much as I can

The only reason there isn't custom sounds is because I don't know how to make them :oops:

Code:
   FireSound = Sound
      AddSample = ContentFile
         FilePath = Base.rte/Devices/Pistols/PistolBang.wav

FireSound is what you want, search for it in your ini's.
You can have multiple ones too, what that means is it will randomly pick one out every time you shoot.

UPDATE
Already fixed a couple of things, revolvinator is now different from peacemaker(I simply left a word in that should of been replaced) module icon is fixed
will do sounds later
plans for flayer cannon and double barreled shotgun in the works
