Flaming Sniper Rifle!
I made this for a mod contest between a friend and I. Unfortunately he dropped out and I was left with my mod. Also, I put this here instead of the minor mod dump for a reason which I don't know. Quote: Have you ever heard your mother say, "You can't flamethrower your enemies and snipe them too?" Well then this is the weapon for you! Snipe and burn your enemies at the same time! Two weapons in one! Screenshot: Here is a crummy gif with the frames in the wrong order for some odd reason: Here is upload: It probably works in B23 too, but I haven't tried it.Thanks to DylanHutch for testings. Does not work in B23. Also, if anyone can make a better .gif, I really need it.

Well, First of all, don't upload a bmp image, they are about (No Joke) 100-200 times bigger in most cases. And welcome to modding! Good start, I find it funny that I wouldn't have a CLUE how to do something like this. (The flames and stuff) The sprite needs a lot of work, try the many tutorials and help threads on the site. There need to be more flames, and the bullet needs to be flatter. If you have Huge files such as large gifs, please post a link instead of using the [img] function. Also: Couldn't test it.

Hmmm, that's great. I'll make changes but I have no idea why you get that error message. Which version of CC do you use?

That's a problem with B23. I guess your gun is B24 only.

Ive tried to make a sprite for this. It's my first sprite. I'm not sure with the shadows. They're hard.

This sniper rifle is interesting. I like it, haven't you thought of making a faction (or at least a weapons set) that work in this way? Flaming shotguns, assault rifles, pistols, fire-proof actors, etc. That would be cool.

I'm not sure if fire-proof actors are possible, but I know that it's possible to make an actor (nearly) invincible. Just look at Shook's reflective robot.

I've made fire proof actors. Just set their StructuralIntegrity to a number higher than 200/210. If you use a flamer in them, or throw them an incendiary grenade, they won't get hurt by flames.

Funny, I've been playing Mass Effect all day and the max strength inferno or explosive rounds(forget which) made me want something similar in CC, glad someone made it without my asking.

Is there like an EmissionStartTimeMS value or something? I figured out that the burst made the explosion of fire seen in the gif, but I don't know how to make emissions start later. Help? I know this should go in the mod making section but since it's for this mod I thought I'd put it here.
