cool!, but they ALWAYS spawn NEUTRAl for me. Why is that?
anyways, is fun look them shoot eachother (I spelled it right? ) while I drink a cup of coffe in my base

Played it where I was green on the small mining post mission..
Too much craziness going on with five teams going at each other.. Half of the kills were made by the diggers. I dropped a mininuke and the radiation counts really started to take its toll.
Really in an effort to avoid hitting the MOlimit.

I did, but I waited like 10 minutes and they keep spawning neutral, it's fun, but if I want to use more than 2 enemy teams, I can't.

Make sure that you run it on that Skirmish Defense mode which allows 4 teams. Whenever I played on that other one with only two teams available (Player 1 + Locked CPU team), it keeps spawning actors with question marks.
