Dude! I would suggest either cutting down on some paragraphs or seperating some of that text under some brightly colored titles so people like me don't have to read through all this just to find out what kind of mod this is.

From what I see, you have a bit too many similar weapons.
You might want to cut down on those.

The sprites are well done, but you have some reeeeally ♥♥♥♥'d up offsets.

Look at your preview image, see how he isn't even holding the gun but it is resting softly against his palm?

Just played with it for a few minutes. It's fun, somewhat balanced (for heavy weapons) and they do fit well in the actor's hands. Sprite quality is decent, but originality is somewhat lacking. 7/10.

3/10-------- bad because there are no custom sounds and the guns are to similiar. 3 for trying and good ideas
