EDIT: Okay, here's the deal. You can make your own songs now, and synchronize them too.
You'll need Audacity.

1. Find your Music file and open it up in Audacity. Go to file, and export it as a .ogg Vorbis.
2. Put it in the OverMusic.rte and rename to "Tiger.ogg".
3. Go in-game and Spawn the "Song Recorder" from the bunker builder.
4. Still in the Bunker Builder, Press Z every time there should be a beat. (Hold it down to hold down the lasers too).
5. When you are finished, Go into the menu again, and spawn the Song Player. It should do the lasers in the beat with the music (if you have good reflexes).
6. More likely than not, you messed up, so just find MusicSync.txt and erase everything inside of it (Don't erase the actual file!)
7. If you did not mess up, then you can upload the Tiger.ogg and the MusicSync.txt to here, where people can download it straight to their own folders.

Have fun, and stop bugging me.

During, near the middle I think. Maybe after the end. The tiger was glowing when I saw the error.

Oh, wow. Just...honestly, wow. Unbelievable.

I give this a 9/10, reducing one simply because I don't like the song that much.

I didn't really expect it but then again I did. I dunno. It was funny as all hell. I like the way the tiger seemed to be head-bobbing to the music. And the fact that everything is on beat is nothing short of amazing.

Only thing I wish was here is that the lasers penetrate terrain a little so they can hit more targets, but reflecting is cool too.

I love this.

Awesome, the laser can't shoot downward. So, just above, beside the laser shoot. That made the rate down 0,25. Still, it is awesome. Especially the song.

there are decent bpm calculation programs, but I doubt there's anything realtime in lua.
