Coalition satellites have discovered a new thread from the ronins. This thread is a small highly mobile hovercraft mounted with a burst firring armor-piercing autocannon. These vehicles are made out of old components of other scrapped vehicles and was originally used for transport and scouting for the ronin. We think this new weapon is designed as a counter attack against our Manticores and they have proven to also work as brain hunters and deployment harrashers.

The pilots are also good engineers and can easily repair it when they are out of combat. Our best counter against these are snipers, since a well placed shot can kill the pilot. Observing the dummies we've also found out that repeaters are quite effective against them.



This mod was originally a expansion to the phoenix mod, but i ended up separating them, because they didn't have much to do with each other anyway.

As seen on the pic, they come in a lot of randomly generated versions. There is about 240 combinations so you shouldn't up having duplicates that often.

Mini tutorial


To turn you need to double click the direction you want to turn, like the phoenix.

You need to use the mouse/aim buttons to aim the cannon.


Jumping is a bit tricky, but that just opens up for a lot of awesome tricks.

To jump you need to lower the altitude by pressing "crouch" and then pressing "jump" to jump. You can get a higher jump by using momentum from the previous jump to get a extremely low altitude and then jump.

You can also "super jump", but this is a bit tricky to explain. To do it, you need to have a ledge that lies higher than you, but you easily can jump up to it. Then you jump on the low ground. The while still having the Y momentum from the previous jump you jump on the higher ledge. This way you can get a 2-3 times higher jump. You can also do this trick on ramps.


You can also PANCAKE people by jumping really high and then crushing them with the crouch button.


Also the weapon works best as a hit and run weapon, because it gets overheated (makes it shoot slower) if you shoot to much in a row.

Jeez, these are epic. Controls take a bit to learn though. Love them, definately a keeper.

Great work. They seem to get too much damage when they touch terrain, even if they just bump against it.
I enjoyed this (probably unintended) "headless chicken" feature that they have, but I think it should be worked upon if you want to keep it realistic. (Then again, what IS realistic when we're talking about CC?)
Almost immediately after DL'ing the mod I've had the idea to test it's compatibility with your water. Although I know this mod wasn't intended as an addition to your water mod, I still hoped that they would hover above the surface of water, alas they did not.

WHAT!?! The adds said it worked there is even a pic floating around of it on water (ignore that pun) . I am guessing when he re-did the water this did not get updated for it :(

this is a pain to control but the fun is just too awesome when it does work well!

Nope it isn't possible to do that with a open vehicle, unless they stand on something (like the hoverboards) unless only kind of actor can stand on it, but the one i'll use in exodus ep2 is enter/exitable.

Update: It is now possible to fly over the water. Actually i had coded it to work with the water, but hydro mod plus ♥♥♥♥ it a bit up, because i changed the preset name of the water ("high spec water" to "Water Element"). It also works with my upcoming lava mod (which is by the way nearly finished I just need some sprites).
