To extend on that a bit:

Not ever, by a long shot.

This board is meant to be (at least, nominally) a family friendly experience. Sure, there's exceptions to that, but nothing excessively so.

A giant image of a smiling penis and a mod that contains the same? Definitely not.

And this is not a ruling so outlandish that you couldn't predict it, either. So, yeah. You're dumb.

Sending a PM to a moderator after you've been banned is perfectly fine.

Sending an inflammatory PM in all capital letters that uses several quite hurtful words?

That's a good way to extend a ban from a week to a month.
