WW2 Sprites & weaps
This is basically just a re skin of the coalition soldier just changing a few things, bare in mind that this is my first cc mod. THIS MOD IS NOT FINISHED YET. I still need to clean up a few things in the weapons folder and make a couple more guns, including the B.A.R. and the Colt. Tried to make this mod realistic so i took the jetpack function away. This mod features: German VolksGrenadier German Grenadier MP40 MG42 Kar 98k Scoped and unscoped Luger, (just the ronin one) United States Rifleman United States Medic M1 Garand Thompson M1919 50. cal Bazooka Im pretty certain this mod works ok but if there are any problems post, also i couldn't work out how to get pics on this so if someone could give me some help with that it would be great, Thanks.

Hmm you need to work quite abit on them still. For faces... those current ones aren't good.

I don't know, but I think he was trying to go for the blank faces. Anyhow, do you play Counter Strike Stevo? Because I swear I don't think any two people in the world would have the same name like that.

I went for the blank faces because it is hard to get good definition in 24 bit sprites, but when i made the faces completely blank they just looked empty. So i gave them a beard to make it look like they had a face. When i tried to give em a face, they look !@#$ up.
And i rarely play counter strike

In pixel art, contrast is very important, more important than definition. As it is so small, the viewer will 'fill in the blanks' so long as he has something to work from. I've done a really quick edit of one of the faces, literally changing just four pixels around the eyes. Also, Cortex Command sprites are 8 bit, not 24 bit.

... Why does it seem like most people think that making a WW2 mod is a good idea? I'm not trying to be offensive but its getting pretty old, we must have at least 20 WW2 mods.
I'm going to try it out because the word 'grenadier' caught my eye, but it would make me very happy if people would make a wider variety of mods.

seriously we really do have like 20 different WWII mods, just like the 20 different halo mods lol
I'm going to be serious, your sprites suck (find yourself a decent spriter), make guns (your own guns that you made with unique sprites and weapon settings).
This is not a good mod and probably will rot on page 8 if you don't do something about it.
I don't know who is available for spriting but if you ask around in Mod Making I'm sure someone will turn up. Also, the guns are weaker than the vanilla guns, might want to make them a bit stronger.

There has been several WWII mods, but name one that actually works with B23. If you add a lot more stuff and make this better, you'll get my download.

Okay, a few things to change in the next version: -The "G" in Volksgrenadier is not capitalized -Your sign for the US is the US Air Corps roundel -Sprites could use work -Weapons need more power -More stuff would be nice
Other than that, this has the beginings of a decent mod.

I say it again, it doesn't work if it's Volksgrenadier. 14 letters, freezes the game.
Make it Volks Grenadier.
