Climbing Axe
Whether your mountain climbing or climbing out of a hole, the Climbing Axe is there for you! With a single axe, you can cling to walls and ceiliings. With the off-handed axe equipded, you can also climb up walls and across ceiling while clinging to them. Great for jetpack-less actors or if jetpacks are too clumsy for you. Controls: Fire - Cling to a wall Up/Down or Mouse Scroll - Climb up or down walls (requires the off-handed axe).

Re: Climbing Axe
Very cool - instaDL... too bad it doesnt have the hacking animation rather than just sliding across the surface.

Re: Climbing Axe
There is something called jet packs...but a sweet mod anyhow. Maybe you should make a pully mod or something. Or even a whole jungle module set with tree houses and stuff.
This is pretty sweet, its all ninja like. Maybe a ninja Faction?
No DL since I use jet packs...

Those comments make me wonder if anyone actually reads the OP anymore. Well, obviously Toes does.
Nice mod, comes in very handy when you've overloaded an actor. Also great to use with zombies.

Re: Climbing Axe
This is epic. Now we need something more complicated. A grappling hook is fired from a gun. You then switch to a winch, which you can grab onto the line (Which doesn't hit MOs so it's unbreakable unless you do some preprogrammed thing to break it) with, and shimmy along. This would be so great for Darkstorm. Can we have that done in Darkstorm colors?

Re: Climbing Axe
Surely Darlos could implement this without the need for a weapon, he already has the cling feature sorted with the wrist blades...

Re: Climbing Axe
This is pretty awesome with a ptolmaic brave (or however you spell it) from the metal slug pack, since they are already "ninjas" and they don't have jetpacks.

Re: Climbing Axe
now we need a spec-ops character and a snowmobile to go with it. Gj cavecricket, but yeah, would be cool if it had more animations.

Re: Climbing Axe
I was wondering; what would happen if you equipped the off-hand axe, and a gun in the main hand? would you be able to cling to stuff and still shoot with the other hand? Wait, why am I even asking? DL'ed. Looks awesome. It definitely helps with my over-encumbered troops.
