This is a large optical array mounted on a rifle chassis, so it is easier to hold than a conventional pair of Binoculars. Also has a close-range 6mm Vulcan attached to the side, for self-defense purposes. Due to the nature of the device, it is fairly fragile, but allows you to see incredible distances.
Designed for use with the Psy implant from the Lua Modules thread (viewtopic.php?f=61&t=14644), because most vanilla weapons pale in comparison to this thing's sharp view distance. Can be found under the 'Tools' tab, because of it's more utilitarian nature.
