Post subject:  The unholy union tank- I warn you now it ain't that original
this mod is effectivly not mine, it is an amalgamation of the heay turret from Systmh,
and the mammoth tank by Geti

i just was wondering if I could do it, apparantly i could

consider it a tribute, be a sport and read the readme would ya.

or try the other child of the unholy union, their basicly the same, but this one definetly has systmh's eyes

not much changed, with this one, however i did manage to move the "tank move" sound out of the "BF.rte" none existant folder, and into the tank's folder

Looks like a little bit of a resprited mammoth tank.

The turret sprite and the actual tank sprite's art styles clash too much.

Indeed it does, would the author of this unholy hybrid care to resprite it a bit to fit better? :smile:

not particularly, cos then you couldn't tell of it's mixed parentage

I love frankenstein mods, as long as they're done well. I wouldn't bother respriting them together personally. Its a hassle and really you just did this to see if you could. Systmh doesn't even sprite things the traditional way, he just resizes his drawings in photoshop. No one should be forced to make that kind of spriting fit with other graphic styles.

I lol'd hard at the title. I thought it said "The Unholy Unicorn tank" I opened this thread expecting to see a troll, or a crappy mod with pink poor sprites but I see this.

On topic. Looks okay. Not going to download though.
