Re: DarkStorm Military Technologies - Updated 9/7/08
I disagree with points 2 and 3. The shinobi is nicely balanced, good work. and the Shogun is designed to walk, he only has a jump pack for those times when you can't walk over a pile of debris. Make your base have stairs, problem solved.

Yeah, remember, Darkstorm is about stealth. The Shinobi is designed for sneaky attacks. Fly behind them and shoot them all in the back of the head before they can return fire. As for the Shogun's jump, It can be a bit of a problem, but it can be done.

Making the shogun do a front flip (holding the down about half a second before you jump laterally) is really awesome and "Max Payne" shoot-dodge-esque.

Wow. I must say, the improvement on this mod is amazing. Everything looks different from the older version. I am glad I got back on for the updates!

ModDB now has sort of decent looking download icons. Shows the title, extension, rating, file size, downloads, and date uploaded.

That looks pretty good! Does it auto-shorten on long names and large download numbers?

This is an update. It's an interesting one, in the form of a new Shogun-only "weapon."
My apartment mate recently bought the first season of Batman: The Animated Series. Take a wild guess which villain inspired this one.

He got screwed up when he was trying to save his wife by putting her in suspended animation until a cure for whatever she had could be found. So now he's a combination of angry and sad. Basically, he's a big ol' emo kid.
