Re: They hunger/FD's Guns
My god these guys are beastly! excellent! I have fun pitting them against the US Marine corp mod just for fun. The gunner is actually pretty decent against them in a narrow corridor. Rifles work decent too.
Great work! I look forward to upcoming content and updates!
kudos

Re: They hunger/FD's Guns
Heh, cool, I also pit them against the US Marines. It's such a fun match, I'd recommend using the gunner's pistol, too. It's saved me many times.

Stupid, unfair levels of thoughness added. Alsos some AI fiddling, they should claw yous a bit better now.
You will find them very hard to disintergrate with any dirty tricks anymore.
Most definetly not releated to any new guns of mine.

Re: They hunger/FD's Guns
I got fed up with the whole actor business when I tried to, unsuccesfully, do the drone.
Legs in cortex command are awfully haxy and stupid. Way beynond me.
I think the current .rte has random stuff in there, unactivated.

Re: They hunger/FD's Guns
Also when player-controlled zombiebots revive they end up on the wildlife team.
The only unactivated thing I found was the Iron Star delivery craft.

Re: They hunger/FD's Guns
It took me a while to realize these were the guys from Metal Arms: Glitch in the System http://kascd.com/stephen/Pictures/cool% ... biebot.jpg. I didn't find much use for the mass of extra weapons, but these bots kick just as much ass as they did in Metal Arms (though I do miss hearing the screams of horror from another room as one Zombot rips through an entire squad of grunts). Alternative use for this mod: When your friend isn't looking, slip them into his vanilla version of CC's files. Works best when he doesn't know these exist yet. Oh, the mental scarring that ensued.

Re: They hunger/FD's Guns
Oh, now this brings me back. /deactivatelurkmode Y'see, incase anyone hasn't played the awesome game this is based on, allow me to lay it out for you. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Metal_ArmsThis XBox original game was quite enjoyable back in the day, especially the frustrating Zombot levels. # Zombie Bots - Bots made of scrap metal, and have an unquenchable thirst for fresh oil, the equivalent of blood for droids. They tend to inhabit the more decrepit regions of Iron Star. They can be found in the wastelands and in the Ruins of Iron Star. They are also found in the level "Round two" in the coliseum. If you've played the game, you'd realize that Mr. FinDude's Zombie Bots are one in the same, not only a classic throwback worthy of nostalgia, but a freakishly difficult opponent. Weaponry's the same too.

Re: They hunger/FD's Guns
I figured that because Darkstorm Tengus have built-in combat knives, they'd be good at fighting off the zombots in case they lost their weapons. So I just bumrushed a zombot that was in that little pit on Grasslands. "WTF HAX" EDIT: Oh, I should also add that using the M1014 to fight these guys was surprisingly fun. It's a pretty balanced weapon against them; try it out with any brain actor :3

Re: They hunger/FD's Guns
Is it something known that these cause insane lag? I never had CC lag like that until 3 of these guys showed up in skirmish.
Also how do I activate their "ARocket" and order stuff in it?
