 Re: [WIP] Orion Arm Union
Sorta looks like the DS sprouted an arm and grabbed the gun, and now RATATATATA.

 Re: [WIP] Orion Arm Union
The gunship looks really nice. Im looking forward, possibly, to a new unit after this. I really like the feel of your first one.

The placement of the gun makes the craft looks goofy.

 Re: [WIP] Orion Arm Union
So I've been trying to implement flipping codes for the dropship, and it hasn't been working. Plus, if you leave it alone (switch to another actor) it starts going crazy — it quite literally flips out — and almost always crashes into something. Any ideas on a way to flip it? I haven't seen any other mods with this, so it may be impossible.

You should move the gun, it's very...silly looking.

Also, something weird happens with the centre of mass...

 Re: [WIP] Orion Arm Union
The update felt a bit bland to me. For one, the coilgun felt like a gatling gun with no lag and absurdedly short reload time. The sticky-grenade launcher felt fun to use, but it felt familiar- And then I realize it was like a Darkstorm Grenade Machine Gun, except that this one stuck to faces while the other distracted the AI by exploding above their heads in their faces. Not to be cruel, but save for the plasma gun this mod doesn't have weapons that cover new ground... Or maybe it doesn't have to. I don't know, really.

What? You're saying that an EMP proximity trigger grenade launcher is exactly like a remote detonation sticky grenade launcher because they're both automatic grenade launchers?

I'm curious, where is the actual door is on that dropship where you deploy from?

 Re: [WIP] Orion Arm Union
Ah ha. Then yes, I agree with the others in that the gun placement is awful. Either move the doors towards the lower back of the craft and move the gun to an attachment below it for the gun, or move the gun to the front and shrink the big black bubble thing that I assume is the window for the cockpit.
Also, the big piece slapped on the front with the downward thruster on it looks too angular compared to the smooth curvy look of the rest of the dropship.
