I want duke nukem to tank any type of damage.

And the author has expressly posted that he differs in opinion.

He is duke nukem, he should be able to tank all damage and JUST barely get hurt
His weapons should instantly kill he needs to be badass and not a pansy.

Then do it yourself. The author has stated his opinion and he owes you nought.

Next can you make some Duke Nukem items and monsters?

You want everything and never say thanks. We at the FPPW forums hate you, with good reasons.
You steal sprites, never thank someone when he helps you, and even when I tried to be your friend, you still turned into a ♥♥♥♥ to me after a couple days.
The Duke is fine as it is. If you want anything else, make it yourself.
