Re: Smooth Slow Motion
You would right click it, and go into the folder's properties, and near the bottom it would have "Read-Only?" with a checkbox. If it was checked, then uncheck it.
But I doubt this is your problem.

Re: Smooth Slow Motion
Can you make it possible to adjust the speed of the slow motion?
Also, I once had an Auto Cannon round collide with a Crobotech Plasma projectile, in slow motion. That was pretty cool.

Re: Smooth Slow Motion
Alright, I threw in the "Time Scaler Brain". Press left and right with it out to change time's scale, and press the normal slomo button to enable/disable it.

Re: Smooth Slow Motion
yea... i kind of exited with slow motion enabled... now its always in slow motion. I had the bright idea of using ANOTHER slomo watch. I though maybe if I turned it on and off again it would return to normal.. instead it went from slow to EXTREMELY SLOW and back to slow.
help!

Re: Smooth Slow Motion
Go into your Base.rte/Settings.ini and change DeltaTime to 0.016667.

Re: Smooth Slow Motion
thanks! it works again. also, I love the time scaler brain! it is lots of fun to mess around with. might I suggest a version that can speed time up too? so it goes past 1/1 to like 2/1 and 3/1 etc, and speeds up accordingly? it would be good to run across the map really fast.

Re: Smooth Slow Motion
Speeding up time is actually pretty buggy, and doesn't work like you'd expect. You just sort of dig through the ground.

Re: Smooth Slow Motion
... so you WONT post/pm me a link to it? I want it even if it KILLS ME! (also, turning up the deltatime via Settings.ini seems to just make everything die VERY easily... dont play Zombie Cave with it set to 1.0... the rocket kind of explodes everywhere and your brain turns to something resembeling goo... but a bit more unrecognizeable.)

Re: Smooth Slow Motion
All this does is change DeltaTime, and making it higher makes it speed up. So I guess you already know what increasing speed does

Re: Smooth Slow Motion
Of course you can alter it. If you want to release it in this thread, even, go ahead.

Re: Smooth Slow Motion
there doesnt appear to be an easy way to speed up time... at least not to a novice like myself.
im guessing TimeChanged is a one time calling... and that calling it twice with two different outcomes is bad. also that self.active2 is not possible to create?

Re: Smooth Slow Motion
Hey Last Banana, would it be any trouble for you to update this to B24? I'd say something positive, but I figured it was evident I liked it by asking if you could update it,

Re: Smooth Slow Motion
As far as I know, it's 100% compatible with B24.
