That would be my first choice for a brain, though im not too sure what it'll look like (big or small or brain sized, idk)

I wanna say giant but not to big, something around the size of the motherbrain mod.

i did attempt to sketch it but it didn't turn out as well.. but i had an intressing idea you know the flood combat forms in halo 4? you could use their arm as a door so you've got this pincer thing shutting instead of a normal door if your making systems that is.

Sure, these could be great ideas but lets not forget, i'm not going to get to this in at least a year.
Seriously. Im not even naming an empty folder Flood.rte until I finish the Covenant AND the Prometheans, because both of those factions are way easier to code.

on the subject of prometheans will you be doing both forms? as in before being trasform and after.

Probably. I hope I can figure out a way to allow them to switch in between, but thats for later.
The brutal part of school is almost over, I can get to work soon on this stuff.

its that or add the composer? then give it the ability to instantly turn your troops into promth and in the case of enemy's it will add to a charge then spend that charge on compose troops.

Well I wont be ready to script until AFTER the Covenant.

plz keep insanely into the future discussions to a minimum? Better yet, wait until somebody creates a forum thread for that faction once a working version for it is made.

Hello, i noticed this and i decided to download it. It is awesome also i found ~POSSIBLY~ a bug; When you use the drop pod, it sinks into the terrain, leaving no space for actor to leave, logically crushing. Can you fix it? Also i ask your permission to make some video of UNSC, pretty much only UNSC. I am a Starship Troopers fan and i decided to make a music video :grin:

It is a great mod you got there.

@TL_ARMY I tried to remedy the inevitable sinking of the drop pod (Imagine a rock 4x your size with a weight of a couple hundred pounds crashing into something at 500 m/s) by giving it a tiny amount of spin randomly to the left or right so in soft terrain it sinks at an angle so you're actor has a 50-50 chance to be on the easy side. However if he pops out on the side with the ground, he may or may not die but it doesn't always happen. I think i've said before that there are always risks to the lives of ODSTs and that I found the survival rate acceptable (because they usually survive, even if on the less "optimal" side. Do note that the drop pod is made of metal and can also serve as cover/shielding so it works in hot-zones) I doubt i'll change it too much, I think i've spent a lot of time testing them and im overall satisfied lol.

Go ahead and make that video! I only request that you eventually post the link here :D
