Coalition stuff isn't in Base.rte at all.
It's in Coalition.rte now.
THIS MOD HAS NOT BEEN CONVERTED TO BUILD 22, SO IF YOU DON'T HAVE THE SKILLZ TO CONVERT IT YOURSELF LEAVE IT ALONE.

I can upload the converted version - I wonder how many people try to install this, fail, and are turned away without posting? This mod is too nice to be withheld like this.

try and misdirect one of the base.rte .bmp files, it wont show up with an extension in the error window.

It's sort of obvious, but the art quality for this mod is peerless, great job.
I'm more impressed by the clone-attachment shields, though. Very clever! I wouldn't have ever thought it up myself, and the effect is great.
It's interesting to have soldiers and weapons which exist roughly between vanilla content and the DSTech stuff in terms of power and survivability.
