Post Re: Warhammer 40K Compilation [R4.5 Out!]
If Ketten offers to help then I'd hardly say no, but I really don't think Terminators are worth anyone's effort right now.

Couple more ideas I've been mulling over;
• Artillery/orbital strike 'designator craft'. Buy a craft and set the drop zone over the intended target, then wait for the fireworks. Could be multiple types, such as a volley of smaller mortar/Thudd rounds, several Basilisk arty shells or Whirlwind rockets, or a lance barrage from an orbiting warship.
• Deep Strike FX/code; having your guys get stuck underground isn't much fun, y'know? Especially given the price tags involved. Just a little bit of code to make sure it hops up a bit before gibbing, so that the ordered unit is dropped in even more relative safety.

If you mean the recompilation compared to the original compilation, that's not a bug. If you want flight, you'll be wanting the Assault Marines.

And if you make a huge mech, gunship, or anything huge with big armor and lots of weapons, and more than three 0 on it's value?

I'm completely up to this, War40K doesn't look like one ant-nest filled out with water.
Dreadnoughts, hover-vehicles, artillery... this mod lacks heavy-old-fashion-way metal.

It needs a tank, a dreadnought, right?
You know, in the case someone wants help with coding...

And Naxete, your avatar is... awesome.

Tanks are limited by the impossibility of treadmills in cc...
but mechs such as dreadnoughts are very doable and fitting.

Besides, there's some time left before Creation kit gets released :P

Terminators would have no problem in bunkers.I had the dummy behemoth CRAWL through dummy assault to the brain and it was supprisingly quick. So ye.If that thing can do so cana terminator that is a quarter of the size.

I would gladly provide animation for torso, to make
it look like a real dreadnought walking
... but since
lua-greybeards told me its near impossible to perform...

I'll sit down quietly and sadly say "okay" :-(

I'm hardly in a position to make demands of the spriters but I'd much rather see some craft done first, like that ol' work-in-progress Valkyrie or somesuch.

Maybe an IG-specific drop pod, too, or at the very least a specialized pod for deploying the Widow turrets.

Post Re: Warhammer 40K Compilation [R4.5 Out!]
i find that quite amusing how i was thinking of designing a few Chaos marines this weekend, assuming Arcalane and the previous owners of the sprites /code and askar give me permission to do so (in terms of uploading it) mainly cause chaos is my favourate faction and i happen to mainly use khorne and tzeentch which means shitload of rubic marines.

obviously i would need to finaly get off my arse and do some work for the green dummies and at least release a full release instead of just a shitty one actor and two damn guns. sadly offsets is my nemesis and so much work is required for the ♥♥♥♥ Small turret which i deeply loathe.

EDIT: looking at how the normal space marine uses a Lascannon.. or heavy bolter kinda irks me a lot. so my suggestion would be have a Devasator actor that can use heavy weapons, but any other marine attempting to use it can't (simliar to Darkstorm's heavy weapon can only be used by the heavy weapons actor or SAW's weapons only useable by the heavy actor) although it more of a looks that irks me, just seeing a space marine and a lascannon without the massive ammo/energy backpack really irks me.

on a side note attemping to do a Rubric marine helmat just to see how bad it will look... and honestly i keep re-doing it at the moment i really hate how it looks but i'm going to let the community decide. I'll ethier upload it when it finished fully. or just wait and do the full rubric marine body before i upload it.

If only we had something along the lines of a Valk and some Elysian troops with backpacks.
