Ask LFOW about impacts. He's doing something with his Dummy Behemeth to make it near invincible to impact.

Did someone say "impact resistant"? Is that the Slug cannon? Either way, it goes in the epic moments thread. Oh wait, you already beat me to it. I can think of one caption for this. "Doink."

Still need to polish up the Lua though, because right now, it can end up preventing impact explosives from detonating. It can apparently also be bypassed by ridiculously fast objects, or just explosions that instantly hit it. Dunno if i can fix it, but hey, 's worth a go. I also need to prevent it from rotating so fast that it gibs, which i suspect being the prime cause of unusual gibbings.

He's starting to be really troublesome to kill. :I Still need to polish him up for the final beta, after which i'll release the update. I know you might have liked the "Doink" edition better, but this edition works better, and is a lot more dangerous. The robot still has a weak spot for flying actors and craft, though.

So is it at the point where you have to drop a Crab Hammer, 10 dropships and 5 drop crates filled with Holy Handgrenades, napalm, nukes and various other explosives JUST to chip its health?

Re: My huge pack of mods, which is back. *Update: Aug. 11th '09*
It's at this point where you go kamikaze with an actor or a craft because they're the only things that aren't subjects to reflection. =P This will, however, be partially countered by the shockwave ability i'm making for it. In essence, when you press X (feel free to suggest a more suitable key), anything and everything near will be sent flying away, the velocity depending on the distance from the robot. Making it work properly is a ♥♥♥♥♥ though, and i've been trying for several hours yesterday, using all kinds of weird methods. But it clearly lies in the trigonometry. :I Once i've done that, i also need to figure out how frequently you can do this. Once per 3 seconds seems kinda slow... *Continuous incomprehensible mumbling*

Shook, a ♥♥♥♥ page ago you illiterate nincompoop wrote: That's about full-size, really. I figured that it'd be funny to have an overpowered midget to slaughter your enemies with. =P
Still need to code him though. And btw he will look better in-game, as mockups generally suck balls. By the way congratulations like eight of you on not reading the goddamn rules. NO IMAGE QUOTING.
