Two things. One, only in Cortex Command can you fight off metroids with lightsabers. Two, METROIDS VS TIBERIUM GO.
....never mind. Metroids apparently have no interest in tiberium crystals, and therefore lose. Pity; I would have thought that the Tallon 'troids would at least attack the crystals, though perhaps my understanding of the tiberium mod is incorrect.

Deep checks are not a substitute for mo rays. Translation: Making these eat terrain instead of checking for barriers ends up horribly/wonderfully. EDIT: Minor note, this is my evil doing and not the mod itself at fault.

Hey, could you hand me the script, mail? I'd like to have the option of terrain eating, vicious Tallon Metroids. Just figured out that they suck more health and are tougher.

Dayum. 10/10, but maybe you should make a Super Metroid (Y'know, from... Super Metroid, lol)

I'm asking for an uber massive large metroid Or maybe there could be a Samus/Dark Samus actor? (I know this is the wildlife contest, but once it's over I'd like to see it pursued in this area if possible)

I love these. Great mod, I like the sprites, too. I really like how they stick on actors.
oh god it reminds me of metroid prime zero mission and that annoying level after the pirates.

Made activities from it and two words, love it! Really fun to fight against, when your team-mates hopelessly try to shoot them off from you. Attachment:

Hopefully no one gets mad if I share this, it's activities made from this mod. Didn't put phazon metroid because dude, when there is too many of those metroids, especially phazon metroid are hard ones to dodge, because you can't see where they are and when your ordered troops arrive, BAM 3 phazon metroids are already chewing them, dead meat. Oh yeah sorry, forgot that I putted other mods rocket things to deliver them, so you might want to edit that to something you actually have or just download that mod too. Rocket is from Cordyc mod made by Carriontrooper. You can get it here, viewtopic.php?f=61&t=19123.

Re: Metroids V2.0 -Modding Theme Entry: Wildlife-
I may be a little late to comment here, but I just have to do it anyway. Metroids - I just love em'. They always creeped me out in the Metroid series, with the breaking out of cases and eating the life out of everything, but in CC, man, are they a blast. This is, in my opinion, the best wildlife entry to the series I have seen as of yet. Hope you have more great ideas to come, because this one turned out to be a masterpiece! (Oh, and if you're gonna stick with the Metroid theme, maybe some Space Pirates next? They would make great metroid food. )

Re: Metroids V2.0 -Modding Theme Entry: Wildlife-
hahaha now we just need a samus mod with a morph ball, bombs, ice beam, and missiles. the 4 essentials for metroid hunting! you should make a activity where you are wondering around in a abandoned space station and metroids have taken over! that would be fun and scary, if you do make that idea make it so the area has fog kinda like the exploration activity in the vanilla game. just so you often get a surprise when you open a door... (metroid to the FACE!) also later on in the mission you find new weapons and equipment to aid in metroid hunting.
