super awsome man, trick board is my fav, i did a backwards lfip.

Front flip, and what I suppose 5 kick flips.
The most fool proof way to land a the trick board, eject, then reclaim it.

Jet board, fast, awesome, it got caught on a low curb, and my rider flew off.

Stealth board, press down to activate the hover, eject, and reclaim to be elevated.

I love these exploits!

Hawt...

Now I'm going to try to make tracks for skateboarding with bunker modules.

This mod is WIN and I can't say more.

EDIT: I also crashes when I switch actors while on the board.

This is the only Lua mod in existance that is so damn perfect it's scary.
The buy-menu thing is a pain, but otherwise THIS THING ROCKS SO HARD IT'S SCARY!

Really neat, but for some reason I can't hold a direction key (WASD) and the crouch key (Space) at the same time. It's really keeping me from fulfilling my full potential as a skateboarding slasher movie villain.

Ah yes, I was thinking of the same villian when I played with the skateboards.

Man, is this the first true vehicle pilotable by regular actors made in CC? This is rather monumental.

*ahem*

Anyway, regarding controls:
How about a control combo?
First someone has to crouch, or something, then when someone opens pie menu, grab them.

i think i know why the game crashes when you go on buy menu or you switch actors! hover boards + AI = CC crash
maybe if you make the AI automaticly eject when on the board it would be fixed?

Roon3, yeah, I left those out because AIM_DOWN was also reload. It works fine for mouse control, but not keyboard.
mail, I might give that a try. I'm trying to find a nice combo that is easy to access on any configuration but not so accessible that it activates itself.
Yoshiyoman, I don't think that's the problem. In fact, it already does eject the AI when the board is switched away. I think something is wrong with the ejecting, though.

EDIT: Okay, I took a look at what may have been the problem. The code for counting how many legs that actor has comes after the deactivation script, which could mean it is trying to access the actor's ID without it existing. Crashing might be fixed now, although it's a bit of a shot in the dark. As well, weapons now fully work. Mail, turns out combos don't work properly. One button is deactivated while the other is on. However, Actors, which the hoverboards are, don't have a reload button on their pie menu anyway, so I just changed reload to sharp aim, as nobody will ever use that on a hoverboard anyway (at least I hope not).

Actually, I do... Meh, I'll just change it back.
Glad to hear the bugs are fixed, downloading to test.

Edit: Darn, crashing ain't fixed, still crashes on both occasions.

Sharp aim is disabled when your actor is moving at all, though, which they almost always are on the hoverboard. Although, if you can think of another button to use for reload, I'll change it.

And I was hoping that particular bug was fixed.

I'll probably take a look at these tomorrow, when I get the chance. Can any of the boards blow someone's head off, or only the hackboard?

It's the hackjob only, although if you're moving fast enough you might get lucky.
And dammit, I though I had solved that problem. I'm not getting that crash at all.
