Realistically bullets don't just stop and disappear mid flight, he's probably saying a bullet will finally be able to slow down after it is shot for the first time in CC

Yeah, that's how I interpreted it.
It won't just change angle, it'll actually slow down gradually.

There'll probably be a new variable to set the slow speeds.

I'm already having ideas of the new kinds of weapons we could make with a variable like that lol..

it's as easy as a minus sign infront of the value my friend

although that would just increase the speed as it went further...


I was thinking with lua we could have different stages of decrease in velocity, so you could make a grenade out of a nade launcher go straight then just loose all momentum and drop right where it is

this is really good but why make a new thread? couldn't you add this to the other one? i downloaded this and deleted my other darklones folder just to find out there not in this pack so i had to go back and download it again D:! other than that YAY new darklones :D

These Darklones seem really rebuilt from the ground up. A new thread was needed because this is a new era for the Darklones. They look like the shredder. I dislike that they autimatically spawn with weapons but the was fixed by quick trip to the code.

They also don't fly around the world in under one second. I've always been a bit perturbed by the whole "looping map" thing.

I'd like to imagine there will be a wind resistance variable that just reduces the initial velocity over time.

Uh... you can already buy ones without equipment. Just select the one that just says "DarKlone" without anything in front of it.

Bitchin' keen. I love the more standardized look the weapons have- now it's less like the designs were subcontracted out and more like they were designed so that accessories from one gun could be switched to another within seconds.
Can't wait to see the new sniper.

I've never been too enthusiastic about DarKlones, I only used them once or twice a while ago. However, I really like the new actors, and it's got my dl once again.
