@Duh:... Perhaps. :U @Raggie: Aye, dreaming is a good thing. By the way... Newk. (Old gif, it has radiation now as well) Also! Clusternewk. The effects look pretty sweet en masse if you ask me, but they also ♥♥♥♥ your FPS. But then again, didn't the Clusternuke already lag like hell? :U

Where'd I leave my sine wave equations? Hopefully they haven't fallen into the hands of some madman who will turn them into a plasma weapon. Lotta new stuff, and it's all awesome, so be eagerly awaiting the next update

Epic win. Ok, I'm gonna try that using a Zero Division cannon that I modified to not have the lagtastic fireballs, but still has all the punch. It actually helps alot. EDIT: Hmm. Well. That didn't work. The ZD Cannon worked once, I managed to grab the blast, then I dropped it on myself, and CC crashed when I try to restart the match. Subsequent tries resulted in the cannon backfiring and raping the map. Needless to say, they were all failures. It was pretty laggy, but not unbearably so when I managed to grab the blast. But I suppose I have a monster of a machine, so... yeah. Anyone else care to try? I did. About 2 weeks ago. OHH, a gif. Hmm. Insane, but IT MIGHT JUST WORK! Wonder if I have enough fingers... Or attention span... EDIT: I got the pictures. All 243 of em. Anyone know a good gif maker?

Re: My huge pack of mods, which is back. *Update: June 29th '09*
Personally, i use Ulead GIF Animator 5, but it isn't freeware. Don't know any good freeware gif makers. Oh yeah, just updated the pack. NEW FEATURES: - All drones fire manually now. (With your normal fire button!) - Several other changes to the drones have been made, see first post for more info. - Added Death, Medic and Concrete Drones. - Added Heavy versions of all drones. Believe me, this took a while to do. :I - New blast effects for all nukes. - New sounds for all nukes, except the small nuke located on the small Nuke Drone. - Radiation effects added to all nukes, 'cept the small one mentioned above. - Added a teensy tiny bit of glow to the Small, Standard and Big Bombs. - Added Fridge, Nuclear Fridge and Handful o' pointy things. - Added Serpent Trailer. - Added Bomb Cannon. - Some other tweaks here and there. - The file is now too big to be uploaded to DRLFF directly. :U BIG update. Note that i couldn't get the very final version beta tested, which included the Medic and Concrete Drones, final effects for the Serpent Trailer, the distance-travelled explosion of the Serpent Trailer, the Bomb Cannon as well as a few tweaks for the Heavy Drones. So if you see any bugs or whatever, do tell. Oh yeah, once again, i must thank Grif for the Lua stuff he has made for the drones and the Serpent Trailer.

Re: My huge pack of mods, which is back. *Update: June 29th '09*
... So, what do you gentlemen think of the new stuff? Is it good, bad, godawful, ridiculous? Anything? (I know i'm going to regret the next sentence, but what the heck) And do you have any ideas for GOOD additions to this pack? In any case, i'd like some opinions on the more recent stuff. Activity in here has been minimal, and quite frankly, it's discouraging. I don't like to spend a shitton of time on a big update, just to throw it into a silent horde, without knowing if it even likes that update.

Its built in ability to open a range of images as layers, optimize the animation and then save as an animated .gif are great. The only thing it lacks that I would like is the ability to more easily follow flying objects rather than having to imprecisely drag the layers manually... then again it might very well be able to and I just have not figured it out yet.

Irfanview to batch convert and Jasc Animation Shop are very good tools.

I would love to see an activities with this mod someday. Unfortunately you'd need more actors for that though.

You realize how deadly that activities would be, right? :U @Grif: That'd be pretty cool, but you need not hurry, because i'll be going on a 17-day vacation tomorrow. Alternatively, you have my permission to release a small patch in this thread, that fixes the problem. Without changing anything else, of course. It's entirely up to you if you want to, though. @CrazyMLC & Orglar: Thanks!

The new drones are pretty useful, especially the heavy gas drone, and the bomb cannon is like a zero division cannon that fires bombs. I'm looking forward to more crazy weapons.
