Re: UniTec (B27_1.1.1)
Naxx -- Seriously, if you want someone else to do the coding stuff, let me know. I suck at spriting and lua, but I can handle pretty much anything else. And c'mon, Gotcha made some of the best ♥♥♥♥ on the forums; he's no lazygod of laziness.
Gotcha -- I say that as long as we have the Shoplist.ini and "everything" presets, do what you gotta do.
EDIT: Oh, and one more thing, Naxx -- more Keith Thompson. Always more Keith Thompson.

Re: UniTec (B27_1.1.1)
Thanks for the helping hand Nocifer, "cougar" its already zombified and disgusting, classic zombie-gore with remains of human... I'm wondering, how much gore and freakish I should go? I believe dead space bosses are a good limit to stop the bloddy mess. ( And, YES, I never have enough Keith Thompson art OwO ) I call him lazy not because he doesn't move a finger, obviously he does, having the oldest and most updated faction of all cortex command mods, I call him lazy because the way to do things, example: "Need smaller mechs what fit inside bunker? Just make them breed and have baby mechies!"

Re: UniTec (B27_1.1.1)
I was under the impression that that worked pretty well. I don't use mechs too much in CC anyway, though.
Anyway, I'd say Dead Space is the ideal for gore, generally speaking, not the limit; however, I've never been bothered by gore, so feel free to think twice before listening to me.

Re: UniTec (B27_1.1.1)
I still can't believe it, sex between mechs... stop playing god with science Gotcha! About the gore, the goal isn't to make it the more goriest possible, its to make it scary, trying to fit Halloween scenario... humanoid mutations and cannibal monsters its what I consider scariest but some people just frighten with ghosts and other spectral presences... or clowns...

Re: UniTec (B27_1.1.1)
The only problem being, of course, that a game like Cortex Command does not lend itself terribly well to being actually scary.

Re: UniTec (B27_1.1.1)
I think this is a great idea, just for its potential to be awesome. The best would be to combine it with Cortex Shock since it's set up somewhat for that. And if you have ambience noise, screams and growls and such that could be added too to help make it more scary. I wish you both luck with this, if it turns out well it'll be really cool

Gotcha! wrote: Not gonna happen. If people have reasonable requests though, this is the time to mention them. I am aiming for a last release for B27. Every time i see the Doom actors, i'm forced to go back into the attic and pull out the xbox and doom 3 disc. Could you add hell knights or imps..? The faction is the shortest, and it got removed in the update so..sadness.

Re: UniTec (B27_1.1.1)
Why gotcha... why do you hide doom actors? Having a huge shoptlist its a succeed and a symbol of effort!
Plus they would have suited magnificent with Doom creatures...

Re: UniTec (B27_1.1.1)
@ryanbob1: They're buyable if you modify your own presets or choose the long list one.
They'll be buyable in the campaign in the next update, where the Doom marines will side with SHIELD and WEC will side with UniTec.

Update! See the main post for the changes.
Also, please tell me if the footstep sounds are annoying. I don't think I am too fond of them myself. (Especially when fighting against an army of my guys. *taptaptaptaptaptaptaptaptapaptaptaptaptpatapstopbloodywalking!*)
