Re: UniTec (B26_1.1.0)
"C:\Games\Cortex Command\UniTec.rte\PRESETS\Choice.exe is not a valid win32 application." Then it forces me to click "Ok", and then the Presests.bat file has all those options and below it reads, "Pick a Number: Access is denied. Done. Press a key to exit." , I'll try renaming the files as you said. Thanks!

Re: UniTec (B26_1.1.0)
I used to have the same problem making a .bat for Gotcha!'s Vanilla Vanish, so I got an 'indie' choice.exe that DOES work no matter where you place it, it is virus-free.
EDIT: forgot to post it:

Re: UniTec (B26_1.1.0)
Seems the Press number get peoples wont work on mac and since most users here are PC orientated i would just recommend releasing a Full complete one and some others since the Press number thingy seems more trouble than its worth

EDIT: forgot to post it: It's not compatible with Windows 7 (64). xD Gawd, how annoying. I will remove choice.exe in the next update altogether. This way it should work for 99% of windows users at least, since choice.exe should usually hang around in your system32 folder. Mac users will have to rename the files manually. I can't create support for a mac since I don't have one.

Re: UniTec (B26_1.1.0)
I'm thinking of making the mechs, raptor and bunker/SAM green. Likes/dislikes? Edit: Dislikes:2

Re: UniTec (B26_1.1.0)
Gonna go with the verdicts of snot on this one, that is a slightly... unpleasant shade of green. A darker, forest-y green with a forest/grass camo pattern might work though, if you want green versions that badly.

Re: UniTec (B26_1.1.0)
Too bad there aren't many choices in CC's palette when it comes to green. I'll just... keep 'em gray. Thanks for the feedback.

Re: UniTec (B26_1.1.0)
True, by using only a few greens. And that works fine for small sprites. For large sprites you need to have a wider range of colours for shading purposes. In my opinion anyway. I tried some other combinations and goober colour was actually the nicest. So... I'll keep them gray.

Re: UniTec (B26_1.1.0)
It doesn't look bad, but green isn't UniTec color. It doesn't fit.

Re: UniTec (B26_1.1.0)
Maybe go for a two tone approach on the mechs? Or rust red, which is always cool.

Re: UniTec (B26_1.1.0)
The rusty look looks very nice for something that has been lying in the ocean for a couple of years, my compliments, but I doubt UniTec salesmen could sell a rustbucket like that to a customer. I'll keep it gray. Maybe some yellow striping here and there.
