Actually, Spartan 1s still had cables hooked onto them... I needn't say anymore. Spartan IIs were the legends and certain Spartan IIIs are cheaper and younger (Carter is 18 in the trailer, 19/20 when he died) but still commemorable.
I'll definately include Master Chief sooner or later and he'll somehow be better than the others, idk how. For the covenant, I will include THE Arbiter, Thel Vaduum. The others will be redundant, not known as well and hard to distinguish.

(And the MJOLNIR that the spartans wear is so advanced and powerful, that normal humans can't wear it.) And damn, Carter was that young!? I figured more around 30, based on his appearance.

Due to the Spartan III Orion project's design, Spartan III's are trained for 15-17 years or so. Many of them died in suicidal missions, but those that survived were repurposed and deployed on defensive missions. Carter and the team (except Jorge, hes' II and a 40 year old boss) were part of the second or third generations of Spartan IIIs that were repurposed, so yah they're pretty damn young. All Spartans (II and IIIs) are enhanced humans, so they've pretty much developed muscles and adult features at 10 or something Idk if Spartan IVs are actually being considered. Its most likely that in Halo 4, Master Chief will meet up with Linda and Fred in the Shield world (its my guess, I mean even Halsey is there, and if im correct, Chief stated in a vid that he will fix Cortana by bringing her to Halsey) so introducing Spartan IVs to the game wouldn't really be necessary or logical.

Spartan IVs are volunteers of adults with military background, so they wont be as good as spartan IIs. As for their armor, it's privatized corporations that produce it.

We dunno man, time will tell. My theory is that they stick to gen 2/3 Spartan IIIs, which are young volunteers. I also think ONI will still be providing the MJOLNER armor series.

I've been looking around the mod contest winner stuff and its completely awesome but it also gives me hope that a halo Target Locator is completely possible without any lua. Too bad I have no idea how the angry rainbow spawned-sharks cause the hot fiyahry guitars of heaven to come down...

Since spartans are very agile also, maybe you could use Mehman's very useful mobility script. It basically makes units better at moving. It can be found here.EDIT:: Just noticed that it's a B26 mod :/ still might be useful.
