Whoa nelly. Perhaps there's a bit too much in this mod. There's such a thing as too many rifle variants.

@Mono the Elder & Gtaiiilc: Oh, hell yes! @The Soupiest: There are three. One of them isn't even a proper rifle.

Re: The War to end all Wars (WIP)
A dummy expansion, a complicated alliance, skelleton russians, a corporation of ACrabs, the House of Suns, two factions of WW 2, and still no space marines? =P
Don't ask me why, but I prefered more the japanese faction rather than the british faction.

Re: The War to end all Wars (WIP)
The british should have VTOL superbombers that could coat the map with one payload and deploy like, 20 shock troopers to clean up

Re: The War to end all Wars (WIP)
Okay, just some canon here:
Great Britain hasn't been called Britannia for about a century. Even in WWII the term was archaic. If you want the full title, the name is 'The United Kingdom of Great Britain( and Northern Ireland)' (brackets are optional as of late). Also, the UK didn't have jumpjets in WWII - nobody did. A prototype jumpjet was designed in 1957 and built in 1960 I think. And they definitely didn't have tripods.

Yeah, tripods were a failed design used during WWI, namely by the French (explains why it failed).

Re: The War to end all Wars (WIP)
And the Japanese didn't have giant cytotoxin sprayers, bionic enhancements, rocket ships or HALO drop pods. THIS IS NOT BASED ON REALITY. Jeez, since when have I ever done historicaly accurate stuff? Not to mention WWII ended in 1945, where as if you read some of the Japanese stuff's descriptions you'll see that The Great war is still raging in 1947.

Re: The War to end all Wars (WIP)
Although this mod is epic and I am DYING to try it out, I happen to be a mac user, so I seem to have the same problem wooden has with .wav files. Is it possible to just comment out (these things ---> // <--- ) the files in the script?

Re: The War to end all Wars (WIP)
The whole mod uses .wav files, I don't really see how I can just get rid of them.

FYI bipods are still in use today and are far from a failed design.

Re: The War to end all Wars (WIP)
i think he's talking about the 1915 Chauchat was (and still is, )a massive P.O.S. (Bipod and Magazine included) and THAT was a failed design... bipods and magazines overall, not so much.... (also, Major, if you make tripods, how is CC going to handle that with the whole 3 legs thing?)
