That quote is just a parody of greenwashing, if not this entire mod.
Also yum, vanilla.

Think about a revolver compared to a modern pistol, with the revolver, you would have to click back the hammer (credit to Nonsequitorian for that) at the back for each shot. Now think about when you reload a pistol in, say COD, you would put in the mag and then pull back the thing at the top (that's to load the first bullet into the chamber). Suffice to say, you don't need to cock the hammer on a revolver, since ever ago.

Well done. This fits in nicely with the Brutality total conversion mod.

Re: Green Storm Defensive Engineering - Version 1.1 (12/20/10)
Amazing weapons! Feel balances, realistic (just enough so), and fit with the Coalition like white on rice. The only comment I have to make is (as others already have) that the Combat Shotty's magazine placement feels....wrong. In all seriousness, you could probably get away with removing the magazine at all, and say the shells are loaded in an internal mag by hand. I especially like the tracers and invisible normal bullets. Excellent sounds too! The Combat Shotty could fire a bit faster, but whatever fits your vision.
This'uns a keeper.

Update = sexy. I really like this mod. Maybe this guy could be a potential content dev with time, it's really balanced!
I love the taste of non-canon Coalition mods. Tastes like vanilla.

Re: Green Storm Defensive Engineering - Version 1.5 (12/31/10)
The Autogun's index uses "\" instead of "/," which doesn't work for Mac users. Other than that minor inconvenience, I like this a lot. The sprites fit very well with the vanilla Coalition. The heavier weapons feel slightly overpowered. I was able to beat the tutorial level by firing two rockets at the bunker. All of the weapons except the heavy rocket have a practically nonexistent sharp aim scope. Is that how it's supposed to be? Also, when the heavy looks down, his face goes into his chestplate. Not a huge problem, but it seemed strange.

Re: Green Storm Defensive Engineering - Version 1.5 (12/31/10)
The heavier weapons are balanced by their high cost and huge weight. While the explosion on the Heavy Rocket Projector is huge and powerful, it's more realistic compared to the weak kitten farts of vanilla explosives. Yes, the short SharpLength is intended. It's to make the user rely more on accuracy and estimation rather then place-reticle-on-enemy-pull-trigger-die-instantly. I suppose it's a by-product of the collar plate. Can't be fixed without detracting from the aesthetic. Thanks for the constructive criticism, though! I appreciate all comments.
