You should make a variant that explodes into random guns which all have gun:Activate(); on them for a few seconds. :grin:

That's a very good idea, thanks !
edit: BTW i succesfuly modified the turret script so that it comes preequipped, I will now have to adapt the ini files to work with my mod.

The rocket looks sort of generic as does its trail for something this randomly insane.
I'd image it to be some sort of mad scientist DIY device with a rocket engine and the trail would burn in multiple colors like blue, green and yellow chemical fire to further give the idea that its not your average rocket.

I could also suggest making dropships, drop crates and rocket mk1s flying out of rocket for extra ridiculous randomness.

One more idea: have weather station bunker module that would make these rockets fall from the sky like meteorites at random anywhere in the map, except directly or near the station. It could be turned on and off by the player or by destroying it.
The idea is that it would spam a new rocket every 2 minutes to keep things random and interesting.

These are good ideas, however I'm not good at spriting, but I'll try. Concerning the weather station I would rather make the spam time random(between 30 and 300s for example).

Here some sprites, the zip includes a small rocket, big rocket and a station. I made them in like 5-10 minutes, so no serious design went into them, but they do look good. Should be in palette too.

Randomness... the only problem I have with this is that somebody submits a bomb that doesn't lag your machine, but other peoples.

Otherwise, it MIGHT be my pick for the contest, depending on what other entries come along.

Well I know it lags quite a bit, but so do most superweapons, anyway the impact and firearms versions shouldn't lag(or maybe on a 20 year old computer). If the standard version lags, replace the rpr.lua file by this one(rename it to .lua, you can't upload .lua files on this forum), it removes incendiary weapons(the most laggy) from the randomness, I can't do anything about the super impact version however.
