You technically have to have downloaded the mod to be allowed to comment on it. I'd avoid it in future, because it's a warnable offence.

Well, I guess you could switch to Gold Dig AI mode to deactivate all homing features, and I don't know how you would do it but I guess you could use something similar to the method you have now and double tap the pie menu to reset the marker so that the next bullet you fire will mark a target.

This is just how I would prefer to use this gun though.
