I understand now what you were saying, but it still sounds odd to me.
Yes, ofcourse they exist in real life, just like the ingame AK. That was my general wish, to add more real life guns in the game. :)

If you want lasers and stuff like that then this is indeed not something you want to play. :)

Why call it Toybox then? Well, I could have named it anything really, but wanted to avoid general names so it wouldn't ever conflict with someone else's mod.

This is kind of like the CSS mod, only with better quality. I think this will make a good replacement.

I suggest you throw the Remington Model 1897 into the bunch, I have one and its won me a lot of shooting contests. (Though I have a list of guns that would be pretty cool to see in this if you want me to PM it to you).

Hi Lambda, please do. :) I hope this mod will keep improving and growing, both with present weapons and future weapons and perhaps even other stuff, like actors and such.

Also, the HK G11 and P90 fire caseless ammunition, so get rid of the casings.

Although it is true that the G11 is a weapon employing caseless ammo, I don't think the same holds true for the FN P90, which I distinctly remember firing 5.7mm, the same as the FN Five-SeveN, which is a round that definitely has a case.

I appreciate and enjoy this pack. It adds a bit of aesthetic diversity to a fire fight, and it's a much better option than every soldier on the battlefield using the same AK-47s over and over again. You get a bit tired of that firing sound after a bit.

I was sure about the G11, but not the P90, and since I gave them the same ammo category I left the casings in. But I could have made a new ammo group ofcourse. :roll:
Thanks, is noted and It'll be changed in the next version.

I've read your pm and will see what I can do. The biggest issues are getting the gun sounds, but I should be able to find them somewhere. :)

@ Kasrkin: Thanks. :) I felt the same. SMGs, AK-47s and pistols littered the maps too much for my liking.

No, you guys are right. The SS190 round it fires isn't caseless.

A few small updates, mainly graphics updates to several guns (especially the M82).
I won't update the graphics anymore, since everything seems fine to me now. :)
If people don't like the general blackness in the guns, well, that's what guns are these days. Can't do anything about that.

Also unhid the two secret guns (did anyone even find them?) and added a new one.

If someone is using this mod and has changed any incorrect offsets, please inform me, so I can update this mod. You'll receive credit ofcourse. :wink:
