You mean this very old version? viewtopic.php?f=1&t=9565&hilit=dstechI'm a bit surprised that the downloads for the original mod still work! The Plagiarius has pretty much switched to lua based movement.

So yeah, it isn't in. I miss it too... but with the teleporter it would be sort of redundant. Hmm... perhaps you could put the drop box back in and have the teleporter not get hit by terrain - stopping and releasing troops on command, allowing for base penetration.

If I had enough lua prowess to do so I would have done the teleporter that way, though I'm more wanting "buy this drop here off to the other thing". And since the teleporter has a virtual one actor occupancy, dropboxes could be included in the mod once again, resprited though, as with most of the things I'm working on.
I intend for the new Oculus series to be the final version. Mind if anyone names a redundant weapon in the DSTech arsenal? I'd make a separate mod from there and leave the main ones in, something like a bonus add-on.

care to post a list up? I cant download the mod and i dont have it on this computer <_< anything bigger than the FORCE has always seemed useless to me, due to the raep. make the force cooler, and then leave out all the variations. if i can, i'll get it on my proper computer tonight and test EVERYTHING, and leave redundant weapon names.

Although I have had CC since earlier this year, I don't think I actually got around to seriously trying the DSTech mod until somewhere around September (based on the time date stamp on the DSTech file in my mod storage folder). I may have had but not had a chance to try out earlier versions based on an old text file with an old copy/paste of the DSTech description from page 1. I know when I finally got around to using it, it had the teleporter and not the drop box.
DSMK2, please do put the drop boxes back in.

The fist, while cool, should use a different LUA based power. For instance, you could hit somebody with pure force instead of particles and it could send them flying (or gib them).

I'm going to pretty much say the FORCE is my favorite weapon to date.
