That looks like windows 98, or even windows 2000. I don't think .NET works with those.

You probably just need the .net 3.0 Framework. It says you need it in the OP, and has a download for it.

If you cannot run 3.0, then you're out of luck.
But are we sure he cannot just upgrade?
If so, do.

After many tries I'm unable to make working MMitems.txt for EDV / Experimental Dummy Vehicles. I've made working lists for other mods, but in this I can't. :???: Can anyone help?

Well, i have a new problem for you max :-(

I was happy enough to get the CCMM to work, but i got most excited about the way you could choose the waves... Well Unfortunately for me, it doesnt work...

First off i chose my waves (TEST WAVE)

Image

Started up CC and it was the default Waves

Next time i start up the CCMM and i go to the save button to make sure it would be that wave, this big boy pops up..

Image

And the CCMM crashes, i also belive there was more to that list but my screen couldnt fit it all

So i start up the CCMM again and then THIS pops up

Image

Huh? and then another big one

Image

The only way i could get back to the CCMM was to delete the zzzzSkirmish_Activities.rte

but that still doesnt solve my problem with the waves...

HALP ME MAX!! I WANT TO USE YOUR AMAZINGLY INCREDIBLE CCMM!!!!

EDIT: Ive tinkered around and observed a bit, and it seems to have trouble with the Skirmish Activities.ini in the Missions.rte Folder, like it cant delete or replace the .ini

Well I looked in to it, and found another stupid thing I did in my code.

My best guess is that it is deleting the settings file (which is how it is changed), then is unable to create a new file due to permissions, which is then screwing lots of stuff up.

Is your CC in Program Files?

Well what i did was i put it in my User file BECAUSE of the permission issue, if it was in Program Files then it cant reach the disabled_mods folder because of the Permmission problem, so it crashes before it even opens the window..

so im guessing that your code tells it to look for the SkirmishActivities.ini in the Program Files?

I can say that i got the waves to work but i had to make the CCMM to crash numerous times for it to work and thats without the enhanced skirmish option on.. :-( if i got the enhanced skirmish on then i cant get it to work at all...

Should you just post a new update to fix the code or should i do something manually?

That's quite strange. I'll look in to it some more, and try to get the new version out soon.

Well, Enabling and disabling Mod works just fine, but changing the skirmish waves is not doing so... I created a test wave loking like this: (by the way, i'm new in the forums, tell me how to paste pictures... I been searching but.... I must be bad at that xD)
Image

"All waves ()
............ Base/Rocket MK2 (ACRocket)
..........................Distric9/Prawn exosuit (AHuman)"

Image
(How the district 9 folder looks like)

(By thw way, i tried to do this using the armobiotics giant cage or the dummy drop crate, but the game crashed with a strange message that i will post with pictures as soon as my 2 problems are solved :P later)

Soooooooooo I went to the game, Skirmish, blah blah blah, dificulty = DEATH!! (so things would spawn faster, just for testing) and to my surprise, dropships, rockets and all the common stuff started landing delivering deadly dummies and coalition soldiers.... what is wrong here? I'm sure that I have the latest version of the mod manager (1_4 says the rar. file) So pleaseee, I really want to fight armys of crazy stuff xD
Last thing (not so important since this is not working) could someone make a MMItems file for the zombots... that file really confuses me :P

What i belive is happening is that its having trouble with the SkirmishActivities.ini, I have the same problem but in a different way. i cant use the Enhanced Skirmish because of the disability to work with the .ini file...

What you can do is hit the save button in the setting/options or load it up again, but that will probably lead it to crashing... then you check the zzzzSkirmish_Activities.rte and see if its got your waves and then go to your Missions.rte folder and go to the Index then replace the original path to the Activities to the Activities in the zzzzSkirmish_Activities.rte, i dont think that might work though because of the fact it didnt load the D9.rte first

Your better off waiting for the new update that SneakyMax is working on (Hopefully :-()
