Yay!, ODST's and drop pods!
The ODST look weird, (as do all of my sprites) and the Drop Pod sprite is a placeholder until i can get my hands on a good sprite.
Edited the SMG a lil, and added a supply crate, eventually I'll pre-equip it with weapons, but meh.

The pics outdated, the SMG sprites changed but that's it.

Also i would like sprites, even half decent ones are better than mine, so virtually all would be appreciated.

Oh and download Forerunner from scenes.

Cmdr 5ir: for some sprite help and encouragement
Coops9753: for Helmet Sprites and (assoonasImakethosefnwalkpaths) the whole spartan sprites
Mehman: for the Spartan Energy shields and soon to be added come plasma grenades (i'll wait until i add covenant)
adasx10: Awesome head sprites from Desert Soldiers (great mod, look in the minor mod dump)
and
Kettenkrad: the weapon sprites and for hitting me with a stick (maybe a little too much...)

Oh my god. I love Halo.

Edit: Okay, after reviewing i found the mod simply awsome, :D

Edit2: Oh well i suggest you make the actor jetpack stronger so he can carry more weapon. As you can see, Spartan carry lot of supplies out there in the war. And the Strength provided by the MJOLNIR armor.

Edit3: I think the assault rifle should have got higher penetration, cause the spartan preferred it. :D

No, it's criticism. I totally agree.

You need some better sprites, and you need to sort out the offsets for most things, but especially the heads. Your guns don't match, nor are most of them any good individually.

From what I can tell, you know a lot about halo, but need to work on presentation.

Thanks, all feed back is appritiated.
I agree that most of the offsets are a little dodgy and the rocket launcher hasn't got the right fire sound or feel, but its still a WIP and i'm ready to work on that.
my friend suggested they should also be bigger, yay or nay?

also, would anyone be interested in working on covenant sprites?
you'll get a big shiny name in the credits!

and also also, if any one could magic up a enterable mongoose and warthog, that would be great.
Chances are that i won't be able to do anything like that myself :P

Edit: ah, re read through these,
1: Sry Coops! the Spartan sprites were given to me by Cmdr 5ir and assumed were his, you have been acredited.
2: i gave the assult rifle more sharpness and it didn't look right, the assult rifle is ment to be lightish, but ill see if i can make it more.... ishish
3: (Coops again) i may use those sprites :grin: but as affore mentioned, have you worked on any covenant sprites? because it would be nice for the mod to look consistant.

I made the sprite sheet a while ago and the covenant never came to mind, I would make another sheet but Im working on atleast 2 other mods aswell school work.

If I ever find the time and motivation to start one then I will surely give it to you.

Great mod though, Keep it up.

I dunno if you've pm'd me before, But I have a stack of halo 1, 2, 3, and odst guns all ready to be made not-shitty with good sounds and clips and offsets and tweaks, if you want.

Cooops' sprites win on a lot of levels. Maybe you can make a cooperative collaborated mod. His actor sprites your codes and guns.

Yea, alpha's Halo UNSC guns are pretty good thought. And i remember someone created a Halo's Covenant rifle mod as well. By the way, since it's related to the Forerunner, i might as well suggest you to make some Flood units? :P

flood! that would be fun, but you couldn't really get that proper swarm feeling without having hit by Mo's and then non- hit by Mo's (for background and foreground) and that messes things up.....
or lua, but someone else would have to do that.
